EMPOWERING 21ST CENTURY GRADUATES
Congratulations Bobby Schlegel!!
Contributor, Citizenship, Recognizes the importance of their role in our connected world; Involvement, Willing to actively engage to make a positive difference; Community Oriented, Able to balance self-interest with the needs of society.
Bobby is a positive student who thrives to be outgoing and engage students and staff throughout his day. He is involved in being a positive role model with his peers and strives to include all students in his circle. He is extremely positive and finds a way to brighten the day for others when things are bleak. His friends look to him as a person that they can go to for support and positivity when they are on the struggle boat. I have watched Bobby engage with students in the hallway that he does not even know in a compassionate and genuine manner that makes them feel good about themselves and wanting to be at AHS. We appreciate his willingness to be a good soul in a time when it is easy to focus on the negative. Bobby, thanks for bringing a smile to so many in your daily endeavors!

Counselor Corner: The end of the semester is almost here! Some helpful hints to get through these last days: Ask your employer for less hours so you can spend some quality study time. Review notes and old tests to prepare for final exams. Look through your backpack for assignments you still need to complete and turn in (even turn in partially completed assignments for partial points if your teacher will except them). Get plenty of sleep and eat well.
