In order to benefit from the Organizations and Events functionality you need to instal the IRW component. It allows you to enter data related to organizations and events and define relationships between the two.
Organizations
Organizations represent potential business partners (e.g. event organisers, companies providing timing services for sporting events, timing equipment providers, sponsors) and can be managed in the Business Partner Prospect window from the Partner Relation -> Event management menu. The following fields are available:
Search Key, Name, Description - information used to identify the organization within the system;
BP Prospect Type - organizations can be grouped by type. These can be defined in the Type Business Partner Prospect window from the Partner Relation -> Event management menu;
Sales Volume - organization turnover;
Tax ID, D.U.N.S. - fiscal code and data universal numbering system (Dun & Bradstreet);
Number of Events - average number of events in which the organization is involved (manually entered);
Number of Relationships - indicates the number of relationships with events;
Country, Region, City, Address - organization physical address;
Representative Name, Email Address, Phone - name and contact details for the organization representative;
Url - organization website;
Relationship tab - displays the relationships between the organization and the events in which it is involved;
Events
Events represent the potential events or locations where IRW services can be offered (e.g. Geneva Marathon, Bucharest Marathon, Bran Castle, X Castle) and can be managed in the Events window from the Partner Relation -> Event management menu. The following fields are available:
Search Key, Name, Description - information used to identify the event within the system;
Start Date, Stop Date - the time period in which the event takes place (start - stop);
Preț - average value for event participation fees;
Participanți activi anual - average value for the number of event participants;
Tara, Regiune, Oraș, Adresa - physical location for the event;
URL - event website;
Permanent - splits events into two categories: permanent and temporary;
Relationship tab - displays the relationships between the event and the organizations involved;
Relationships
Relationships between events and organizations can be managed in the Relationship tabs from the Business Partner window or the Events window. An organization - event relationship indicates that the organization is involved in the event and the type of involvement (e.g. Organizer, Operator, Sponsor). Multiple relationships can exist between an event and an organization. The following fields are available:
BP Prospect - organization involved in the event;
Event - the event in which the organization is involved;
Relationship Type Event - select a relationship type (e.g. Organizer, Operator, Sponsor) defined in the Relationship Type window from the Partner Relation -> Event management menu;
In the window used to view fixed assets (video cameras) two new tab have been added, with the following properties - request 1038643:
viewing all the components that were added or removed from a video camera and their associated lot number (unique identifier) for each component. These records are operated through internal inventory use documents, for components added and with internal inventory receit for removed components. The receipt and use documents will have the video camera indicated on the document master and details.
viewing the current video camera components - always displays the video camera components (without the replaced components information).
