SocrateCloud facilitates the integration with certain functionalities provided by Google applications, for a better visibility and management of a company's activities.
1. Enter Tasks in SocrateCloud
In the Tasks window, found in Partner Relations -> Requests, you can define the tasks corresponding to an employee for a certain period.
Fill in the fields:
Task - enter the name of the task;
Task Type - select the task type from the list. These are defined in the Request Type window, found in Partner Relations -> Requests -> Request SetUp;
Priority - select one of the available options, depending on the importance degree of the task;
Summary - describe the task;
Representative - enter the employee responsible with the task;
Due Date - enter the due date of the task;
Business Partner - fill in the business partner (customer, vendor, employee) that this task in executed for;
Project - enter the project.
2. Tasks Calendar and Common Calendar
Found in Partner Relations -> Requests, the Tasks Calendar window is a dashboard containing the tasks entered in SocrateCloud. It offers the possibility to filter these by Business Partner, Project, or Employee and to group them by Employee or Time (period).
3. Synchronize Google Tasks process
Found in Partner Relations -> Requests, the Synchronize Google Tasks process connects the tasks entered in SocrateCloud to the Calendar offered by Google Apps.
The defined tasks can be viewed in the Tasks - All and Tasks Calendar windows, found in Partner Relations -> Requests.
