12.6.5. Declaration D300

Starting with v15.06 SocrateCloud provides it's users the posibility to configure and generate the D300 Declaration. This functionality is specific to Romanian legislation.

A. Setup - one tyne setup, when initialising the system:

1. Configure VAT and VAT Categories

2. Configure Tax Declaration columns - Tax Declaration Columns Set window

3. Configure D300 Declaration columns - Configure Columns Statements D300 window

B. Generate - monthly or acourding to a apecific period:

• 1. Validate and post the operational documents

  2. Generate Due Tax calculations

  3. Generate the Tax declaration report

  4. Generate the D394 and D390 declarations

  5. Generate the D300 declaration - D300 Declaration window

  6. Validate the resulting file using the "DUKIntegrator" application
