Open one of the records an click on the Import Payments button.
In order to import the file containing the list of payments/receipts, you must follow the path System Admin -> Data -> Data Import -> Import File Loader.
The data contained by the imported file will be transformed into records of the Import Payment window, found in System Admin -> Data -> Data Import. The number of generated records will be equal to the number of lines in the imported file.
Press on the Start button to generate the records. A message will be displayed containing the number of errors (if any), of inserted documents and of processed (completed) documents.
The payment import process window will be opened. Fill in the following fields:
Organization - enter the organization for the payments/receipts;
Bank Account - enter the bank account for the transactions;
Document Action:
<None> - the records will be generated in Drafted status, so they can be manually completed in the Payment window, found in the Open Items menu;
Complete - the records will be generated in Completed status and they can be viewed in the Payment window, found in the Open Items menu;
