The Table and Column window, found in the Application Dictionary menu facilitates the configuration of the audit function. This window can only be accessed when logging in with a System Administrator role (usually System).
In order to audit the activity in a certain window, you must follow the steps described below:
1. Identify the table that the window operates on.
The easiest way to identify the name of the table is by double-clicking on the field indicating the number of the current record (bottom right corner).
2. Search for the table in the Table and Column window
Look for the identified name in the Table and Column window using the available Find function.
3. Configure record audit for the selected table
Once the table in the window has been identified, open the corresponding record. In order for the documents registered through this table to be audited, you need to select the Maintain Change Log checkbox.
In order for the modifications to take effect, you need to restart the application server.
