8.6.6. Matching Reports
Reports available for requisitions can be found in the Procurement -> Matching menu. All reports can be edited in order to comply with the organization's requirements. Details in Reporting.
Receipts not Matched Report
The report displays a structured list of receipt lines which are either not matched with an invoice or are incompletely matched. The following parameters are available for the report:
Organization - only lines on receipts registered to this organization will be displayed;
Data received - define a from - to period. Only receipt lines with "Date received" belonging to this period will be displayed;
Business Partner - only lines on receipts from this vendor will be displayed;
Product - only lines containing this product will be displayed;
Product Type v15.10 - can be used to filter the displayed lines by product type (expense, item, service, etc.);
Product Category v15.10 - can be used to filter the displayed lines by product category;
Representative v15.10 - can be used to filter the displayed lines by product representative;
Document Type v16.06 - can be used to filter the displayed lines by document type;

Invoices Not Matched
The report displays a structured list of invoice lines which are either not matched with a receipt or are incompletely matched. The following parameters are available for the report:
Organization - only lines on invoices registered to this organization will be displayed;
Date Invoiced - define a from - to period. Only invoice lines with "Date invoiced" belonging to this period will be displayed;
Vendor - only lines on invoices from to this vendor will be displayed;
Product - only lines containing this product will be displayed;
