This report displays all the unpaid invoices that have not been allocated any bills of exchange. Select the Business Partner and an interval in the Days Due field. A negative number in the latter field indicates the invoices that are due in the future, whereas a positive number indicates the invoices whose due date has already passed. The number of days is subtracted or added to the current date to determine the invoices to be included in the report.
Select Yes in the Sales Transaction field to generate a report that only includes customer invoices. If you select No, then the report will include the vendor invoices only.
The invoices that have been paid in cash will be displayed in this report until the Cash Journal is processed.
The columns of the generated report indicate:
Doc. No - the invoice number;
Business Partner - the name of the selected Business Partner;
Currency - the currency used on the invoice;
Date Invoiced - the date the invoice was issued on;
Due Date - the invoice due date;
Grand Total - the invoice amount;
Open Amount - the amount left to be received on the invoice, that has not been allocated any payment documents;
Paid - the value of an invoice's paid amounts.
