Warehouses are used to control stock movements for organizations. In SocrateCloud each organization can have multiple warehouses.
In the Warehouse & Locators window you can define the warehouses, locators and the associated accounting parameters. The following fields are available:
Organization - the organization to which the warehouse belongs to. This is selected when defining the warehouse;
Address - the warehouse's physical address;
Include Delivery Progress - check to include "in progress", "drafted" or "invalid" documents when calculating stock values;
Note: for documents that generate confirmations (inventory moves, shipments) the stock is checked once when completing the document. When the confirmations are completed, the source document is completed automatically, without checking stock values (between completing the source document and completing confirmations, the stock can be influenced by "drafted" of "invalid" documents). The checkbox cannot be edited while "In Progress" documents are registered on the warehouse;
Working Days - number of working days in the year for the warehouse;
Element Separator - the character you want to use to separate the elements in the accounting element's structure by printing (concatenating warehouse locator names);
Trx Organization - select a cost/profit center to which the warehouse belongs to. The chosen cost/profit center will be automatically completed, in the Trx Organization field, on all the documents associated with the warehouse (orders, receipts, inventory moves);
Source Warehouse - if defined, the warehouse selected here will be used for replenishment;
Replenishment Class - Java class used for custom replenishment;
Replenishment Frequency - parameter used for warehouse replenishment;
Disable Negative Inventory - the system checks for available inventory, when processing "exit" documents:
checked - documents can be completed only if inventory instances with on hand qty are available at the document date and then, if the respective instances have on hand qty at the current date;
not checked - forced shipments can be completed regardless of on hand qty;
Fiscal Warehouse - indicates if this is a fiscal warehouse;
Client Custody - indicates if this is a client custody (products are sold but are still in the organization's possession);
Warehouse Box, Warehouse Box Auto Alloc - details in Warehouse Boxes;
