Zopim is software platform designed for customer support, through a "widget" available on a website.
To benefit from this functionality the SocrateCloud Zopim Integration component and a Zopim account are required. From the Zopim Dashboard, the Settings -> Widget section, copy the identifier displayed in the red box (without the commas) and paste it in the Zopim ID field located in the Tenant Info tab, Tenant window (SocrateCloud).
By default the widget will not be visible. In order to display the widget every user must activate it in User Preference window (Tools menu).
The widget will then be displayed in the lower right corner of the SocrateCloud window.
Customers will now be able to chat through the support interface (from SorateCloud) and employees will be able to communicate through the Zopim interface.
