A tenant is created automatically by the provisioning process implemented on the BIT Software website. The tenant will be generated with the following data:
Components - components activated according to the subscription (currently only Dictionary is available);
Quotas - standard user quotas according to the subscription;
Role - a standard tenant administrator role is created;
User - a user according to the data entered on the website, with the administrator role;
Calendar - a standard calendar with the current period and surrounding periods open;
Trees - default trees will be created for all accounting dimensions;
Organization - an organization will be created with the name provided on the website
GL Category - a single standard category will be created, named "None";
To initialize a standard SocrateCloud tenant you can use the Initialize Tenant and Accounting process. The following apply:
the process can only be run once;
the process is available only if the FICO-RO component has been activated;
the process can be run if no accounting schema has been defined
the records will be generated using the current tenant and the * organization;
The process will generate the following records:
Fixed Asset Groups + Accounting Data
Charges + Accounting Data
GL Categories - standard general ledger categories will be defined;
Calendar specific records:
verifies i the calendar exists
defines standard non working days
Standard Document Types + Translations
Element Plan - the account plan entered as parameter, either as CSV or selected from the list;
Org Types - standard organization types
Tax Categories + Tax Rates
VAT 9%
VAT
VAT 5%
etc.
Business Partner Groups + Accounting Data - standard business partner groups;
Payment Methods
Payment Terms
Standard Expenses and their corresponding product category
Accounting Dimensions - will generate the dimensions checked before running the process
Standard Financial Reports, Aggregations and a default Reporting Hierarchy
Tax Declaration Columns
