8.1.4. RfQ Reports

SocrateCloud offers two standard reports for displaying information related to requests for quotation that have received either full or incomplete responses:

RfQ Response Report

The RfQ Response report is located in the Procurement -> RfQ menu and contains data about requests for quotation with complete responses. The following parameters are available for the report:

RfQ Unanswered Report

The RfQ Unanswered report is located in Procurement -> RfQ and contains data about requests for quotation with incomplete responses. The following parameters are available for the report:

RfQ Topic - only responses asociated business partners subscribed to this topic will be displayed;
RfQ - select the request for quotation for which the request will be generated. Only the responses to active requests for quotation that have not been closed can be included in the report. If this fields is left empty, then all the RfQs will be included;

Press the Start button to generate the report.
