SocrateCloud offers a number of predefined reports that can be used to display and check cost information. The reports can be found in the Performance Analisys -> Costing -> Verify / Correct menu and can be edited in order to comply with the organization's requirements. Details in Reporting.
The Product Cost Detail report displays, for a product, a list of available cost instances and related information: quantity, amount, source document and transaction date. The following selection filters are available: Accounting Schema, Product, Product Category, Search key (interval)
The Product Cost report is not available in the current SocrateCloud version.
SocrateCloud allows you to check if costs transactions were registered correctly using the following reports:
Check Cost
Check Landed Cost
Check Cost Queue
Check Landed Cost Queue
Note: if no errors exist, no lines are displayed.
The Cost vs Document Qty Difference report displays the products for which the total quantity from cost transactions is different from the total quantity on documents.
The Cost vs Transaction Qty Difference report compares, for each stock transaction, the stock quantity and the corresponding cost quantity. The reports also indicates the document that generated the transactions an whether it was posted or not.
The Cost vs Transaction Qty Difference for Batch/Lot report compares, for each stock transaction with batch/lot products, the stock quantity and the corresponding cost quantity. The reports also indicates the document that generated the transactions an whether it was posted or not.
The Storage vs Cost Qty Difference report displays, for a products, quantities on document, posted quantities and quantities on cost transactions. If the document was successfully and correctly completed and posted, all the quantities should b equal.
