The Resource Report window, located in the Fleet Management menu, is used to define equipment timesheets. The following fields are available:
Document No - equipment timesheet number. If left empty, the system will automatically allocate one;
Trx Organization (dimension used for analysis) - the department where the hours are registered;
Business Partner, Employee - business partner and corresponding contact that has worked with the equipment/resource;
Transaction Date - date of the equipment/resource timesheet entry;
Resource Type, Resource, Asset, Mean of Conveyance - corresponding records that define the equipment/resource;
Start Index, Stop Index - number used to register fuel consumption;
Fuel tank qty - tank fuel quantity;
Time Type - corresponding time type used on the timesheet;
Document Status - indicates the current document status: "Drafted", "Completed", "Voided";
Document Action:
"Complete" - after entering the lines, the document can be processed (will generate it;s effects witin the system);
"Void" - cancels the document's effects within the system;
Entered - ** this will be implemented together with the calculation process ** select this checkbox if the stock in the tank is entered manually so as not to be overwritten by the system:
manually operated;
for the records with this checkbox, the system will not overwrite these when running the fuel tank quantity automatic calculation process;
Difference - ** this will be implemented together with the calculation process ** uneditable field used to display the difference between the calculation obtained by the system and the value that has been manually entered in the Fuel tank qty field.
The History section displays information regarding changes made on this record: Created By, Updated By, Created On, Updated.
The Resource Report Detail tab, is used to enter the timesheet hours and equipment/resource usage related information.. The following fields area available:
Line No, Description
Transaction Date - date of the equipment/resource timesheet entry;
Reference section:
Project, Phase, Subphase, Activity - dimensions used for analysis;
Product, Quantity - product used for invoicing. The product linked to the resource is used by default;
Quantities section:
The corresponding quantity (standard UOM) for the resource time sheet in the standard UOM:
Qty 1 (hh:mm) - effective hours;
Qty 2 (hh:mm) - stationary hours;
Qty 3 (hh:mm) - moving hours;
The quantity (standard UOM) can also be entered in minutes, and the system will automatically convert this into the hour UOM:
Qty 1 (minutes) - effective minutes;
Qty 2 (minutes) - stationary minutes;
Qty 3 (minutes) - moving minutes.
Mileage section:
The corresponding quantity (secondary UOM) for the resource time sheet in the secondary UOM (by default: km for the resources with hour standard UOM):
Qty 1 (mileage) - the km tariff;
Qty 1 (mileage) - full moving km;
Qty 1 (mileage) - empty moving km.
Calculations section (system maintained):
Program, Program (hours);
Total Quantity, Total Quantity (hours).
General section:
Start index, Stop index - number used to register fuel consumption;
Start Hour (hh:mm), Stop Hour (hh:mm) - time interval for the resource usage;
Fuel Qty - declared fuel consumption amount.
