The Statement of Accounts report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, displays the initial balance, transactions and ending balance, registered to an account, for a specific period. For each transaction, the report displays the source document and date for the transactions. The report is used to determine how the account debit/credit amounts were registered. The following parameters can be specified:
Accounting Schema, Transfer Type - determines the report data source (must correspond with the accumulation used);
Period or Account Date (interval) - time interval for which the report is run (by default the current accounting period will be used);
Accumulation - the report uses accounting balance accumulation data. Details in Financial Reports
Update Balance - if checked, the "Update Accounting Balance" process will be run for the selected balance accumulation
the other parameters are accounting elements used as selection filters.
(v13.11) The Statement of Accounts (RO) report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, generates the romanian account statement, which contains, for an account, all the accounting transactions and related information: corresponding account, source document and business partner. The following parameters can be specified:
Accounting Schema, Transfer Type - determines the report data source;
Period or Account Date (interval) - time interval for which the report is run;
Synthetic - groups transactions by the selected accounting elements and removes the description;
the other parameters are accounting elements used as selection filters.
The report uses "account - corresponding account" data which greatly reduces processing time. Details in Accounting Posting.
The Statement of Account with Corresponding Acc report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, is the equivalent to the "Statement of Accounts (RO)" , but instead, it uses data from "Accounting Transactions".
(v13.12) The Statement of Account Compact (Ro) report, located in Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, is a compact version of the "Statement of Accounts (RO)" report. The report data is limited to correspondent account and GL category. If the report is run for multiple months, the report data will be grouped by month. The report uses "account - corresponding account" data which greatly reduces processing time. Details in Accounting Posting.
The Trial Balance - Debit And Credit Totals report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, displays the current account balances, for any combination of accounting elements (e.g. organization, business partner, product). The report displays for a specific interval, for each account, the initial balance and the corresponding accounting transactions. The following parameters can be specified:
Accounting Schema, Transfer Type - determines the report data source;
Period or Account Date (interval) - time interval for which the report is run (by default the current accounting period will be used);
Hierarchy - the report can be detailed using a specific tree (by default the tree selected at tenant level will be used);
the other parameters are accounting elements used as selection filters.
The first line of the report displays the initial balance, which is followed by the balance for each account, depending on the selected parameters. The report uses "accounting transactions" data.
The Trial Balance - Non Null report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, is used to verify the balances of the transit accounts: 5125, 581, 327, 357 and 408. The following parameters can be specified:
Accounting Schema, Transfer Type - determines the report data source;
Period or Account Date (interval) - time interval for which the report is run (by default the current accounting period will be used);
Account - the report will return data only if the account entered as parameter is not "0". The account balance is calculated based on the account type;
Element Schema - the value in this field depends on the account for which the balance is verified and represents the main element involved in the transactions for the account:
5125 - select Business Partner;
581 - select Business Partner;
327 - select Product;
357 - select Product;
408 - select Product;
It is recommended you configure the print format such that it has the Calculate Sum checkbox selected for each of the following columns: Balance, Acct Credit and Acct Debit. The report uses "accounting transactions" data.
The Trial Balance - Business Partner report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu is useful when, due to a large number of business partners (>1mil) the standard financial reports cannot be displayed, due to the very large amounts of data. The report has the standard trial balance columns and is used to display all transactions, grouped by business partner, for a single account . The following parameters can be specified:
Accounting Schema, Organization - determines the report data source;
Account - the report can only be run for the selected account;
Period - the accounting calendar period for which the report is run;
Use Temporary Table - option to use a temporary table when generating report data (should only be used when the record number is below 1 mil);
Use Accounting Balances - option to use a balance accumulation as data source when generating the report (should be used if the balance accumulation was generated prior to running the report, usually the night before);
Accumulation - determines the balance accumulation used;
Notes:
the report will only display accounting transactions with the business partner element;
the report displays only account balances not equal to "0";
starting v13.11, a new line has been added to the report, containing the total balance for accounting transactions with no business partner element.
The Ledger Report report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, displays the total accounting transaction amounts for an account, grouped by debit or credit
The Ledger Report - Sah report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, displays the total accounting transaction amounts for an account, grouped by corresponding account.
The Accounting Journal report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, displays the registered accounting transactions, as described in the 14-1-1 form (Ro). The must be run for a specific accounting schema and time interval.
The Accounting Journal Compact report , located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, is a compact version of the "Accounting Journal" report, where the resulting data is detailed by gl category and corresponding account.
The Accounting Journal Detailed by BP report, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, the registered accounting transactions registered , detailed by business partner.
The Accounting Journal (RO), Accounting Journal Detailed by BP (RO), Accounting Journal Compact (RO) reports have the same functionality as the corresponding reports described above, the only difference being their data source:
reports with the "RO" indicator use "account-corresponding account" records;
reports without the "RO" indicator use "accounting transactions" records.
(v13.11) The Business Partner Statement by Account, located in the Performance Analysis -> Financial Reports menu, displays the accounting transactions, stating balance and ending balance, for a specific period, for all the accounts related to a specific business partner. The report must be run for a business partner, interval and accounting schema. The report uses "accounting transactions" data.
The Accounting Fact Daily report, located in the Accounting Transactions -> Financial Reports -> Financial Management menu, displays, for each account, the corresponding transaction amounts, totalled by day, for a specific interval.
Parameters: selection filters for the accounting transactions displayed;
Columns: Account, Account Date, Debit, Credit, Accounting Schema.
The Accounting Fact Period report, located in the Accounting Transactions -> Financial Reports -> Financial Management menu, displays, for each account, the corresponding transaction amounts, totalled by month, for a specific interval.
Parameters: selection filters for the accounting transactions displayed;
Columns: Account, Account Date, Debit, Credit, Accounting Dimensions, Tax
The Accounting Fact Details report, located in the Accounting Transactions -> Financial Reports -> Financial Management menu, displays, for each account, the corresponding transaction amounts, the source document and the corresponding business partner.
Parameters: selection filters for the accounting transactions
Columns: Source Document, Account, Debit, Credit (both in document and accounting schema currency), Business partner and Tax.
The Transaction Detail by Account report displays all the accounting transactions registered for an account, detailed by business partner.
The Accounting Entries by Date report displays the debit/credit amount for all the accounting transactions registered within a specific period.
The Account Viewer window, located in the Info menu, offers information regarding accounts, depending on the selection criteria.
The accounting schema that is displayed by default, is the one associated to the organization used by the user at login.
After filling in all the desired fields, press the Refresh button to display the results of the report.
Starting with v17.10 a limitation regarding the maximum number of returned lines was added, to stop possible server overflow.
The limitation is made at a System level and can be found in System -> Max number of accounts info;
If the selected value is null or 0 then the limitation will not be applied. We recommend a limit that is set around 10.000 records.
