Physical Description: Sustinere are intelligent bearfolk who have furs of red, brown, black, or white commonly. Males often have shorter due to all of their scars from battle while women typically shorten and groom their hair.
Associated Class: Due to their strange combination of strength and smarts, they can fit into a couple different varieties of classes - Soldiers, Rogues, Alchemists, and Marksman are common choices.
Associated Religions: Sustinere tend to worship the deity Tyr, seeing him as a noble god and a good inspiration for other Sustinere.
History: Residents of a far off planet within Morta IV, Sustinere evolved from a similarly sentient species of bears who diverged and formed different societal groups. Being incredibly hardy and able to take punishment, early Sustinere hunted for big game in groups, taking down foes which would normally be too tough for a human on their own or even in a group. As time passed, they developed a more sophisticated society and eventually growing societies of intellectuals and scholars.
In Morta IV: The Sustinere's strange combination of a vast intellect, strength, and great surviveability has led to a great many famous scholars and Mages who turned out to be Sustinere. Many also became explorers and scouts and venturing into the unknown in order to find treasure, knowledge, or uncover legends.
