Psychonauts cast spells using the Psychic spell list instead of the Rune spell list.
This alters Spellcasting.
Pierce the Veil
When casting a spell with the Psychokinetic or Illusion tags they receive a bonus on their to-hit with these spells equal to 1/2 their Psychonaut level.
This replaces Tattooed Spell.
Psychic Resonance
You can target up to one additional target with a single-target psychic spell. At 11th level, this increases to two additional targets, and finally at 18th level this increases to three additional targets.
This replaces Scientific Application, Scientific Divergence, and Reanimator.
