Description: This functions as Lightning Bolt, except it deals 8k3 electricity damage and for every foe hit, a single extra bolt can jump out from the foe out to a 12 square line and foes hit by the 12 square line can have a 6 square line jump out and foes hit by the 6 square line can finally have a 3 square line jump out. This cannot affect foes already within the original lightning bolt (however a bolt can jump back and forth between two targets).
