Though they don't know what they're talking about all of the time, these Minstrels know how to grant their allies powers and abilities through their shouting.
Bestow Knowledge
You are capable of bestowing knowledge onto others, despite the fact it's knowledge you can't put into practice yourself. Choose a Martial Talent from the Soldier, and as a move action you can give this Martial Talent to all allies within 6 squares of you. This can be maintained as a free action, and lasts until the end of the encounter, or if you are knocked unconscious.
In order to grant allies a Martial Talent, they must meet the prerequisites of the Martial Talent. Prerequisites which call upon level use their regular level in place of Soldier levels, and Soldier class abilities mentioned as prerequisites instead become a level requirement that defaults to the level which the class ability which would normally be needed is gained.
At 7th level you choose three more Martial Talents from the list, and can choose up to two Martial Talents within your list to grant to your allies when using Bestow Knowledge. You can take a move action to change out one of the Martial Talents for another while using the ability.
At 14th level you increase the range of this ability to 12 squares, choose four more Martial Talents to add to your list, and can grant your allies up to four Martial Talents at one time.
At 20th level you gain access to the whole Martial Talent list, and can grant your allies up to five Martial Talents at one time.
This replaces Perform, Improved Perform, Greater Perform, and Unleashed Perform.
Blind Luck
When making a check you can substitute a rolled result for a 10 for the purpose of counting towards a critical success. This can also be used to negate a critical failure. Using this ability is a free action, and it expends a use of your Luck rerolls per day.
This replaces Performer's Guile.
