Evokers who use their own blood in order to manipulate water and cause themselves to bleed in order to produce their magical blasts.
Blood Specialization
You must take the Water Specialization as a Blood Elementalist. When making a blast attack, you can deal 1 bleed damage to yourself for 1d5+1 rounds in order to gain a bonus to damage equal to 1/2 level.
This alters Elemental Specialization.
Exsanguinate
As a standard action you can deal 5 points of damage to yourself and make a Blast attack against an opponent’s Bodily Defense. On a successful hit, the opponent takes 3 bleed damage for 1d5 + 1/2 level rounds.
This replaces Deflecting Blast.
