Law enforcement or vigilantes who focus in taking down suspects in order to kidnap them.
Code: Enforcers must follow a code, be it the law or their own set of commandments they follow in order to bring down those they think are wrongdoers.
Stinging Purge
When targeting a foe with a Purge, the enemy must be a criminal of some sort - either a lawbreaker or an individual who is going against their Code. Those they attack with their Purge take nonlethal damage and in addition to the damage their movement speed is reduced by half for 1 round.
This alters Purge.
Can't Escape
As an immediate action if an opponent provokes an attack of opportunity by moving away or attempts a full retreat, instead of taking the attack of opportunity you can teleport yourself right next to them so long as they are still within a number of squares equal to Luck x 4.
This replaces Not Done Yet.
Weak Point
You are able to deal nonlethal damage with your Purge against foes who are immune to nonlethal damage. In addition to this, while dealing nonlethal damage, you increase your Penetration by your Luck.
This replaces Battle Prayer.
True Knockout
When bringing an opponent to 0 HP with nonlethal damage, the opponent is knocked unconscious for an amount of time as determined by you up to a maximum of 1 year, after which the opponent regains consciousness with 1 HP. Without being fed or hydrated however they are still subject to starvation and dehydration.
