INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Onions, Coarsely Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
¼ Cup Gravy Coloring (Kitchen Bouquet and Gravy Master)
1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix soy sauce, onions and garlic well in a food processor or a blender.
Once liquefied, add the gravy coloring and the seasoned salt.
Pour marinade over meat and let stand for 2 hours at room temperature.
Place fresh (unused) marinade in a drip pan with 1 part marinade to 3 parts water.
Place drip pan in grill next to hot coals.
Sear meat for approximately tow minutes on each side and then place over drip pan for roughly 15 minutes per side until meat reaches 165 degrees.
NOTES:
Make two batches of marinade.
One is used as the marinade and one to be split in half between the drip pan and the table to be used as a dipping sauce.
