INGREDIENTS:
1½ Cup Pittsburgh Popcorn Company Seed
6 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
1 Bag Blue Candy Melts
1 Bag Yellow Candy Melts
1 Bag of White Candy Melts
1 Bag Peanut Butter Easter M&M's
Candy Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
Pop the corn (in two (2) separate runs)
Separate into two large bowls
Place the candy melts in separate, microwavable bowls
Microwave for approximately 40 seconds and then stir. Continue to microwave until the candy is melted and smooth
Drizzle one candy over one bowl of popcorn and use a silicon mixing wand to stir and coat the corn
Drizzle the other candy over the second bowl and repeat the process
Spread the coated corn on a large cookie sheet to dry
Once dry, melt the white candy melts in the same manner as above
place the melted candy in a small sandwich bag, cut off the corner and squeeze the melted candy onto the colored corn
Immediately sprinkle with candy sprinkles (so they stick to the hot white candy)
When dry and cool, mix in a bowl.
Add M&M's
YIELD:
Twenty (20) Sandwich Bags
