INGREDIENTS:
1 16 Ounce Can Premium Crab Meat
1 Package Crab Cake Classic Seasoning
½ Cup Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients.
Shape into small hamburger-like patties.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Pan Fry
Preheat skillet coated in olive oil.
Pan fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown
YIELD:
4 to 6 patties
