Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 16 Ounce Can Premium Crab Meat 

• 1 Package Crab Cake Classic Seasoning 

• ½ Cup Mayonnaise 

• 2 Teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard 

• 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice 

• 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce 

DIRECTIONS:

Oven

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

2. Combine all ingredients. 

3. Shape into small hamburger-like patties. 

4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 

5. Bake for 20 minutes. 

Pan Fry

1. Preheat skillet coated in olive oil. 

2. Pan fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown 

YIELD:

• 4 to 6 patties
