INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Turkey Breast, sliced
6 Tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Slice turkey breast lengthwise into ¼ inch thick slices.
Place slices in a large plastic bowl.
Combine Kikkoman Soy Sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and black pepper in a separate bowl and pour mixture over turkey.
Toss well to coat turkey evenly.
Arrange strips in a single layer on a wire rack. Do NOT overlap the strips.
Place the rack(s) on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 3 ½ to 4 hours at 170 degrees until dry.
Loosen jerky while still warm.
Store in airtight plastic bags in the refrigerator.

Makes 5 to 6 dozen pieces
