INGREDIENTS:
1½ Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Salt
3 Bananas (Large and Ripe) , mashed
⅓ Cup Melted Butter
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg, large
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Chopped Walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Line muffin tin with liners
In a medium bowl whisk together, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Mash bananas in large mixing bow until they are slightly chunky
To the mashed bananas add the n=melted butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract
Whisk until combined and it looks glossy
Add dry mixture into banana mixture
Stir until you cannot see the flour bits
The batter should be thick and lumpy
Add walnuts
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the tops are gold brown
Insert toothpick until it comes out clean
