INGREDIENTS:
3 Plum Tomatoes
1 Small Onion
¼ Jalapeño Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic
DIRECTIONS:
Chop large ingredients and place in a food chopper
Combine ingredients to a preferred consistency (chunky to smooth)
Serve with Tortilla Chips
YIELD:
2 Cups
