INGREDIENTS:
1 40 Ounce Jar Peanut Butter
2 ½ Sticks Melted Butter
5 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Containers Chocolate Icing
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together using an electric mixer.
Spread into a 12” x 18” cookie sheet.
Cover with wax paper and roll with a rolling pin until smooth and even.
Cover with a thin layer of chocolate icing.
Cut into squares and refrigerate.
YIELD:
Approximately 36 squares (depending on size of cut).
NOTES:
An aluminum cookie sheet help prevent sticking.
