INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound (More or Less) Cooked Chicken Breast (Smoked is Recommended)
½ Cup (Adjust to Taste) Celery
¾ Cup (Adjust to Taste) Real Mayonnaise
¼ Cup (Optional) Almonds
½ Teaspoon (Optional) Lemon Juice
8 Slices White Bread
DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken, celery and almonds in The Ninja© and grind to a fine texture.
Add the mayonnaise (and lemon juice if desired) and grind again until desired consistency is reached.
Serve on warm toast.
YIELD:
The yield will vary based on available ingredients. Generally you should get four sandwiches for this proportion.
