INGREDIENTS:
1 Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
1 Whole Avocado
1 Shallot, large (cubed into small pieces)
Olive Oil
White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Open and drain the beans
Mix all ingredients together
Drizzle olive oil and white balsamic vinegar over the mixture
Sprinkle with salt
YIELD:
Six (6) servings
