Welcome to the Lesnansky Family Cookbook II. Inside you will find many of my family recipes that we have enjoyed throughout the years. This book has been reformatted to make use (and editing) more convenient.

These recipes have come from a variety of places and are rooted from many sources (print, electronic and family traditions) and originally were produced as part of a print based book that was held in our kitchen. Each one of these has been prepared in our home and enjoyed by our family. Someone in our family can testify for the quality of the recipe and the taste of the dish.

These are now available online to share with my family all around the country.

This cookbook has undergone some big changes for 2025. The site is now easier to use on a mobile device and the hyperlinks have been updated. The recipes are also now written in a more standardized format and I have uploaded new photographs of many of the dishes.

You can get started by choosing a category (below OR in the sidebar) and you may browse from there. There is also a looking glass at the top to enable searching the site for a keyword.

As always this cookbook is a work in progress and a labor of love. We are always editing, rearranging and adding new recipes. We welcome you to come back often and share your favorites with us as well.
