Beef Lo Mein in Teriyake Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pound Beef Stir Fry Steak

  • 3 Tablespoons Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade

  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

  • 1 8 Ounce Package Buitoni Linguini

  • 1 Cup Birdseye Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas and Water Chestnuts)

  • 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare De Cecco Linguini according to package instructions.

  2. In a medium bowl combine Beef Stir Fry, cornstarch and Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade. Stir to coat and set aside for ten (10) minutes.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil to wok. Add beef mixture. Stir fry approximately ten (10) minutes until browned.

  4. Remove beef from heat and clean wok.

  5. Add vegetable oil and Birdseye Mixed Vegetables to wok and stir fry until tender.

  6. Add beef and noodles. Cook until warm.

YIELD:

  • Approximately four (4) servings
