INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
2 cups flour
2 sticks butter, softened
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons vinegar
¼ cup water
Filling:
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 apples (large), skinned and sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°
Mix softened butter in a blender
Add and mix flour
Add and mix egg yolks
Add and mix vinegar
Add and mix water
Cover and let stand at least 1 hour
Divide dough in two
Roll on floured surface
Mix filling ingredients
Spread filling on dough
Roll like a jellyroll
Bake on ungreased pan for 45 minutes
When cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar
