INGREDIENTS:
½ Cup Kikkoman Teriyake Marinade & Sauce
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 Teaspoons Sugar
½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 ½ Cups Whole Natural Almonds
1 ½ Cups Walnut Halves (or Pieces)
¾ Cup Sunflower Seeds (Raw)
3 Cups Cheerios
1 Cup Banana Chips
¾ Cup Raisins, seedless
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, oil, sugar and ginger in a large bowl until sugar dissolves.
Stir in almonds and walnuts until thoroughly coated.
Add cereal and toss to combine.
Turn out onto shallow baking pan or cookie sheet making sure to spread the mixture evenly.
Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for fifteen (15) minutes.
Remove from oven and stir.
Return to oven and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for fifteen (15) minutes.
Remove pan to a wire rack and cool completely.
Stir in banana chips and raisins.
Store in a tightly covered container.
YIELD:
Makes seven (7) cups
