INGREDIENTS:
8 Cups Apple Cider
½ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
Dash Ground Nutmeg
6 Inches Stick Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Whole Allspice
1 Teaspoon Whole Cloves
Cheese Cloth
DIRECTIONS:
In a large saucepan combine apple cider, brown sugar and nutmeg.
In a small section of cheesecloth, combine cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Tie tightly and add to cider mixture.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for ten (10) minutes.
Remove spice bag and discard.
Serve cider in mugs.
YIELD:
Eight (8), eight-ounce servings.
