INGREDIENTS:
1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
1 Stick Butter
3/4 Cup Key Lime Juice
2 Can (14 Ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Grated Lime Zest
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray inside of 9 inch by 13 inch glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray
3. In a large mixing bowl combine Key Lime Juice, Sweetened Condensied Milk, Sour Cream, Lime Zest and Salt
4, Transfer Key Lime Mixture into bottom of baking dish and spread out evenly
5. In a medium mixing bowl combine Cake Mix and melted butter and stir until crumbly
6. Sprinkle Cake Crumble Mixture over Key Lime Mixture in the baking dish and spread out evenly
7. Bake twenty (20) minutes
8. Allow to cool for twenty (20) minutes before serving
9. Serve warm or transfer to refrigerator and serve
