INGREDIENTS:
1½ Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Butter
4 Eggs
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Pineapple Filling
DIRECTIONS:
Lightly grease a 15 inch x 10 inch x 1 inch pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter and sugar intil light and fluffy
Add eggs one a a time, beating well after each one
At a low speed add flour and lemon juice
Pour batter into pan, spread evenly
Evenly spread the pineapple filling (about 1 tablespoon each) into 20 servings
Bake 40 to 45 minutes
Cool and cut into squares
