INGREDIENTS:
24 Ounces Ground Beef
5 Cups Celery, diced fine
2 Cups Carrots, diced fine
4 Cups Onion, diced fine
5 Cups Tomato, chopped
1 Cup Tomato Puree
5 Teaspoons Olive Oil
6 Cups Beef Stock
8 Green Peppercorns
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ Teaspoon Marjoram
¼ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ Teaspoon Chives
2 Teaspoons Parsley
¼ Teaspoon Oregano
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil; then simmer for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally until all vegetables are tender.
