INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups Bisquick Pancake Mix
2 ⅔ Cups Whole Milk
4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Heat and grease waffle maker.
Place appropriate amount on heated grids.
Cook until steam stops coming from maker (usually 4-5 minutes.)
YIELD:
Six (6) to eight (8) Belgian waffles or six (6) square waffles.
NOTES:
This is a DOUBLE recipe. The original recipe yields half as much product.
These can be made in a standard waffle maker or in a Belgian Style maker.
These can be served with warmed maple syrup or fruit toppings.
