INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Pork, Boneless, cut into ¾ inch cubes
1 Bottle (11.5 Ounce) Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 Tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1½ Tablespoons Cornstarch
¼ Cup Water
1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into squares
1 Onion, medium, cut into squares
2 Carrots, sliced
1 Cup Pineapple, chunks
4 Cups White Rice, cooked
1 Cup Chinese Chow Mein Noodles, dry
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Combine pork, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir to coat pork well and set aside for ten (10) minutes.
Brown pork slowly in vegetable oil in wok.
Once pork in browned, add water and cover. Simmer for twenty (20) minutes over low heat. Stir the mixture TWO TIMES.
Add carrots, onions, bell pepper and entire bottle of sauce. Stir frequently and well while the mixture simmers over low heat under cover for ten (10) minutes.
Add pineapple and stir until warm.
Serve over rice or dry Chinese Chow Mein noodles.
