INGREDIENTS:
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 package Cream Cheese
1 16 ounce Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 packages Pistachio Instant Pudding
3 cups milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix margarine, flour and 1 cup walnuts.
Spread on bottom of 9x13 glass baking dish
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cool
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar
Place mixture on top of baked bottom
Mix Pistachio Pudding with milk
Place on top of Cream Cheese mixture
Top with remaining Cool Whip and walnuts
