INGREDIENTS:
Cookie Sandwich
1 Cup Oleo
1/3 Cup Whipping Cream
2 Cups Flour
Chill One (1) Hour
Filling
1/4 Cup Oleo
1 Egg Yolk
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Roll small amount of dough on floured pastry cloth
Roll 1/8 inch thick
Cut with whiskey glass
Prick with fork
Drizze with regular sugar
Place on Ungreased Cookie Sheets
Bake at 375 degrees for ten (10) minutes
Spread filling on cookie to make sandwich
YIELD:
Makes 52 to 54 cookies
