INGREDIENTS:
16 Medium Shrimp, (21-26 count), raw, shelled
2 Tablespoons Butter (or Vegetable Oil)
Salt
Pepper
Dash Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Ginger Sauce
Mustard Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Wash, peel, clean, rinse and dry shrimp.
Heat butter (or vegetable oil) in a skillet or wok and quickly sauté shrimp until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
Serve with ginger or mustard sauce as an appetizer.
