INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Butter, Unsalted and softened
2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs, large
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
5 Bananas
1 Cup Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat Oven to 350°
Spray two (2) 9 inch loaf pans with baking spray
In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy and smooth
Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until well combined
Add mashed bananas and mix until creamy
Add flour, baking soda, kosher salt and cinnamon
Fold in the sour cream just until blended
Divide into prepared loaf pans
Bake for 60 minutes
Remove from oven and cool in pan for ten minutes
Remove from pans to cool completely
Wrap in foil or place in zip lock bags
YIELD:
2 Loaves
