INGREDIENTS:
¼ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Butter
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Loaf French Style Baguette (16 ounce)
⅓ Cup Asiago Cheese, freshly grated
DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan, combine olive oil, butter and garlic. Cook and stir over low heat until butter melts.
Using a serrated knife, cut bread into 1 ½ inch cubes.
Place bread into a stainless steel mixing bowl and drizzle with garlic mixture and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with Asiago cheese and toss to coat.
Thread onto stainless steel skewers.
Place skewers over medium coals.
Grill uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes, turning often to brown evenly.
