Ranch Dipped Chicken Fingers
INGREDIENTS:
1 ¼ Cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
1½ Pounds Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
2½ Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
2½ Tablespoons Honey Mustard
DIRECTIONS:
Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the approximately ½ cup of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing with the Honey Mustard and Brown Sugar
Stir until well blended.
Chicken
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Slice the chicken breasts into two-inch long pieces.
In a bowl, evenly coat chicken in dressing.
Move chicken to a bowl with bread crumbs and coat evenly.
Arrange on greased baking sheet.
Cook for 15–20 minutes or until golden.
