Ranch Dipped Chicken Fingers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ¼ Cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing

  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar

  • 1½ Pounds Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless

  • 2½ Cups Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 2½ Tablespoons Honey Mustard

DIRECTIONS:

Dipping Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, combine the approximately ½ cup of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing with the Honey Mustard and Brown Sugar

  2. Stir until well blended.

Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.

  2. Slice the chicken breasts into two-inch long pieces.

  3. In a bowl, evenly coat chicken in dressing.

  4. Move chicken to a bowl with bread crumbs and coat evenly.

  5. Arrange on greased baking sheet.

  6. Cook for 15–20 minutes or until golden.
