INGREDIENTS:
1 Stick Butter
2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Parsley
3 Cloves Garlic (1½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients.
Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
Rub butter mixture on all parts of the chicken.
Place chicken on upright stand and in Big Easy Basket.
Place in Big Easy Infrared Fryer and cook for 15 minutes per pound.
Chicken should be 180° measured in the thickest part of the meat.
