INGREDIENTS:
6 boneless center cut pork chops
2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
1 packet ranch seasoning
parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray. Add the pork chops to the crockpot.
Whisk together the cream soup and ranch seasoning and pour over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours.
Remove pork chops from the crockpot and whisk the sauce well.
Serve pork chops with sauce spooned over the top.
YIELD:
NOTES:
Be sure to use ranch seasoning and not ranch dip. The dip has a lot more sodium than the seasoning and will make for a saltier finish.
We serve this over mashed potatoes or rice with the gravy spooned over the top.
