INGREDIENTS:
2 Pounds Chicken Breast, boneless
3 Cups Three Cheese Cheddar Blend, shredded
1 Cup Crumbled Bacon
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil, divided
2 Cans Pizza Dough
DIRECTIONS:
In a small skillet, sauté red pepper and onion together in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook until tender.
Grill chicken breast until cooked.
Unroll pizza dough and coat both sides with remaining olive oil.
Place dough on cookie sheets in oven according to package directions but DO NOT cook all the way!
Grill until lightly brown and puffy.
Remove chicken from grill and cut into small pieces.
Remove dough from oven.
Cover dough with cheese, chicken, peppers and onion and more cheese.
Grill again until cheese melts and dough is cooked. You may let dough set on grill grates a few minutes if necessary.
