INGREDIENTS:
½ Cup (1 Stick) Margarine
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
½ Cup Peanut Butter
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cups Sifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Cream margarine until fluffy.
Add sugars and egg and beat well.
Beat in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
Add the flour mixture slowly to the egg mixture and combine.
Roll dough by hand into one (1) inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten each ball with a fork.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
